Participating in nature-based activities supports your physical, emotional, and mental well-being by reconnecting you to the Earth. These practices help reduce stress, restore balance, and promote healing by fostering a deeper connection with the natural world.​​​

Food Sovereignty:

Reclaiming the right to grow, gather, hunt, and share traditional foods in ways that honor our culture, land, and ancestors. It’s about self-sufficiency, healing, and passing knowledge to the next generation—nourishing both body and spirit.​​

Using plant-based remedies and revitalizing traditional foods to support health and nourishment in alignment with cultural practices.
